Webcasters Petition at 12. Not surprisingly, RIAA agrees with the Panel on this issue. It maintains that the boston end north restaurant license offers the Services two boston end in north restaurant advantages which more than offset any perceived advantage the RIAA may have had in negotiating a boston end italian north restaurant agreement. First, the license eliminates the boston end north restaurant transaction costs associated with negotiating best boston end north restaurant licenses with each of the copyright owners.
